Shipping restrictions still apply.If you are ordering from the EU/UK there may be additional fees that are out of my control.**I am not responsible for unpaid VAT fees.✿ How often will/do you ship?Products are shipped in batches once a week. Expect to wait about a week after placing an order for a shipping notification!✿ How quickly will my items arrive?Domestic shipping (USA) usually takes around 3-5 business days to arrive, while **international orders can take up to 2-6 weeks. This also applies to sticker only orders (WITHOUT tracking). Delays are to be expected overall.Preorder items may be shipped much later than estimated. You will be notified of delays if they ever come up!
If you purchase an item in preorder along with an in stock product, your order will ship once the preorder item is available! If you would like to avoid that, please purchase preorder items separately!✿ What's with the sticker add-on?By default, I will be shipping any sticker only orders in a stamped brown envelope. This is a cheaper option for me and those who are interested! The add-on is for those who would like to track their sticker order. It simply adds onto the default shipping rate!✿ Will you accept returns or exchanges?Unfortunately no, but message me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order through twitter or instagram :3 I don't bite! (If your item arrives damaged, I will require photographic proof before any action is taken!)I will NOT be accepting refunds for preorders.✿ **MESSAGE ME ASAP IF YOU NEED TO FIX/CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS, it is out of my control once I hand items over to the post office.
If the package gets sent back to me, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for me to resend it.I am just one person running this whole thing, and I am fairly new to it! Thank you for being so patient with me, I will keep you posted!
